1. About these terms

The ShootDay website, at https://www.shootday.co.uk and at each club’s own ShootDay address, is provided by 3rd Sector Tech. By using it you agree to these terms. Creating an account is a further agreement, which you are shown and accept when you sign up.

2. Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful.
• Try to get round its security, or to reach information that is not yours.
• Copy the site or its content automatically, or interfere with how it runs.
• Pretend to be somebody else.

3. Content

The ShootDay name, design and text are ours. Each club’s page is the club’s own: the club is responsible for what it says there, and questions about a club go to the club. The photographs on the site are credited on our photo credits page.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults.

5. Liability

We provide the site with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Your information

How we use personal information is set out in our privacy notice, and what we store in your browser on our cookies page.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date they were last updated is shown alongside them.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
